VIDEO: Obama Hails Auto Industry Comeback In Weekly Remarks



(Detroit, MI) -- President Obama used his weekly address to hail the comeback of the U.S. auto industry and America's small businesses. He made the remarks after a speech at a Chrysler plant in Detroit.

Obama said last year's federal auto bailouts of GM and Chrysler saved about one-million jobs. Obama cited a long and proud history in the American auto industry and said the Big Three automakers are operating at a profit for the first time in several years.
